WHOLESALE ACCOUNT GUIDELINES

Welcome and thank you for taking the time to learn more about QTCUTIE JEWELRY. We are extremely grateful of our dedicated Retailers who represent us in the marketplace. We value the partnership of each and every one of our Retailers and are committed to their success with QTCUTIE JEWELRY products.

We offer a generous 40% wholesale pricing discount, and ship items packaged for individual resale. (This discount is only offered for jewelry and excludes all SeneGence Products such as LipSense, Bags/Purses, and Clothing items.)

In order for us to expedite the approval process, please note the following guidelines as you gather and submit the required account information for approval.

Documents & Verification Required

• All wholesale accounts doing business with QTCUTIE JEWELRY must furnish a copy of:
  • A current Tax Resale Certificate  (email to qtcutiejewelry@gmail.com )
• Web-only based businesses will be reviewed to verify that they:
  • Are a fully functional “retail” website with an actual URL address.
  • Have a working “shopping cart” format with a secure check out process.

Pricing Policy

• QTCUTIE JEWELRY OnlineRetailers agree to follow and maintain minimum Suggested Retail Pricing (SRP) guidelines.
  • Maintain at a Minimumthe published QTCUTIE JEWELRY SRPs.
  • Online Retailer may always choose to price goods above QTCUTIE JEWELRY SRPs if desired.
  • Online Retailer may not artificially mark prices above SRP and then promote as marked down to SRP to appear discounted (ie: $10 wholesale item promoted as $29.95 reduced to $19.95)
  • Fixed or permanent discounts are not allowed for Online Retailer.
  • Any discount offered by a Online Retailer must be approved in advance by QTCUTIE JEWELRY.
• NOTE:QTCUTIE JEWELRY makes every effort to monitor and enforce the Online Retail Pricing guidelines and may choose to discontinue doing business with any non-compliant Online Retailer.

Payment

All orders are paid at checkout via Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express) or Paypal Checkout.

Shipping

Flat rate shipping available for $10.00 on all orders. We do offer USPS Priority Express shipping for $25.00. Please email us if this is needed.

Returns

All returns must be approved by QTCUTIE JEWELRY and may be subject to a restocking fee.

Cancelled orders are subject to a 15% fee.

Once complete information and required documentation is received by QTCUTIE JEWELRY for wholesale account consideration, we’ll verify your information and then notify you regarding your eligibility.

The entire account approval process should take no more than 1-3 business days once all registration requirements are received by QTCUTIE JEWELRY.
